The Hay Compere, PLLC Texas Title Insurance calculator is a FREE application that allows the user to calculate the Mortgagees Title Policy (MTP) and Owners Title Policy (OTP) based on any purchase price and/or loan amount. The calculator permits the user to also add in the required endorsements and more importantly email themselves and/or anyone they choose the results of their calculations for later use. Another great feature is the "Remember It" tab that taps into the users GPS to remember properties or locations, add a picture and notes, and also email themselves and/or anyone they choose the data.
